Shine Mentor Application
Shine mentors are volunteers that are partnered with a participant in the Getting Ahead Program to form a mutually transformative relationship. They meet regularly with their participant after graduation, are a resource to assist graduates in navigating systems, building social capital, and staying on track to meet their goals.
Shine Mentors commit to attend Shine training and regular meetings with their participant for 6 months to 1 year after graduation from Getting Ahead. Shine provides training and ongoing coaching for Mentors.
